Martin Sweet, founder of Slipstream Tuning, is an ex-racer/instructor and has a world-wide reputation for Race preparing all kinds of bikes since 1971. Slipstream boasts an excellent Racing history:
1982 - Winners of the Marlboro production Championship

1991 - Winners of the ACU 600 Supersport SE Championship
1994 to 1998 - Contracted by the MZ Factory to develop race engines for the WSB Supermono support class

1995 to 1996 - Running 250cc for Scott Smart in the British Championships
1998 - Leading the MZ Supermono Team to a 2nd place European Championship Title

1999 - Leading the MZ Supermono Team to another 2nd place European Championship Title
2000 - European Supermono Champions running the Slipstream developed "Works" MZ Skorpion

2000 - British Supermono 2nd place Championship Title
2001 - Winners of both Supermono races at Daytona Speedweek
2001 - Competed at British Championships with 5 bikes on the grid. 2 x Honda 250 in GP250, 3 x Yamaha R6's in Supersport and JNR Superstock.
2003 - Supersport 600 with Spencer Cook
2003 - BSB Privateers with Phil Giles

2007 - STMZ Baghira project featured in MCN and Streetfighter magazine
